Learn More About The Band

Zio Moon is available as a solo, duo or full band that perform the original songs of singer/songwriter F. X. Stagliano, from Philadelphia, PA. The band is based out of Los Angeles CA. F.X.'s instruments include guitar, bass, harmonica and keyboards. Bandmates include drummer and percussionist, Reynold “Butch” Carlson and new member guitarist and bassist Paul Edelman, both from Los Angeles California.

They are frequently joined by a variety of impressive musicians from across the US.

F.X.'s songs cross several musical genres to include rock, pop and adult contemporary. Ten of his songs have been played on both commercial and college radio stations in over two dozen states in the US and his "Up In Here" CD is currently receiving airplay both in the U.S. and in Europe.

F.X. was honored to have legendary musician, Billy Preston, play keyboard on one of his songs, "In Search Of".

The band will very dearly miss their friend and mentor, Vaughn De Spenza, the producer of the Treehouse CD “Up In Here” and who brought into their recording sessions Billy Preston as Vaughn recently passed away after a long illness at his home in Los Angeles, California.

Rich Mouser, well known producer, engineer and multi-instrumentalist from Los Angeles and producer, singer songwriter and member of the country music Hall of Fame, Michael Bonagura from Nashville will both be involved in future projects.
